1.山楂,去蒂,去籽;

2.放入盐,抓捏,腌制一小会;

3.清水,冲洗干净;

4.放入豆浆机里,选择倍浓;开启;

5.30分钟后,程序结束,已经很细腻了;

6.准备另一盆,电磁炉,1200度、融化冰糖,煮开;

7.放入豆浆机里煮好的山楂;

8.启动电磁炉300度,继续熬煮;

9.一边熬煮,一边用网筛,过滤去大块的,粗的;

10.继续熬,粘稠,这时候已经很细腻了;准备一无水无油容器,待凉,装起来就是了;
